The Hillbilly Geek CMS is perhaps, not technically a CMS. You can't completely change the look and feel of each page. But perhaps you don't want that. Perhaps you just want to be able to update certain areas of your site. Like a blog. 

But, it's more than a blog, in that the display pages can be customized to fit the individual types of data you are displaying.
